The guarantee
Nine of ten missed calls answered, any hour, or the month is free.
Counted against your own call log. Shown on your monthly page. Applied without you asking.
Word for word
Any month in which the receptionist answers fewer than nine in ten of the calls the office misses, at any hour, is free.
The calls the office misses are the calls forwarded to the receptionist’s line after the office’s two rings, as the forwarding log counts them; calls abandoned during those rings and calls ended within five seconds of the receptionist answering are outside the count.
It is measured against the shop’s own call log and shown on the monthly page, so the owner can check it himself.
In plain words
- Every month we count the calls your office missed: the ones that rang twice and forwarded to us.
- We count how many of those the receptionist answered.
- Fewer than nine in ten, and that month is free. It is applied on your monthly page. You don’t have to claim it.
What counts as a missed call
A call forwarded to the receptionist’s line after your office’s two rings, as your forwarding log counts it.
Two things are outside the count. A caller who hangs up during your two rings never reached us. And a call that ends within five seconds of the receptionist answering, a pocket dial for instance, is not counted for us or against us.
Any hour means any hour
Nights, weekends, holidays. The count has no business-hours cut-off.
Check it yourself
Your monthly page shows the count and the answer rate. Your own phone log shows the forwarded calls. Put the two together and you can check us any month you like. If they disagree, tell us.
The free audit
Start with 20 minutes and your own numbers.
No card. Under fifteen missed calls a month, we tell you so and stop there.
